Potatoes have been in Europe for over 500 years. Originally, they were considered more of an exotic plant and were grown in botanical gardens as a curiosity. Today, however, they’re a staple and an inseparable part of our kitchens. There’s far too much “tried and true” advice about cooking potatoes out there — it’s high time we put it all to the test!
